Complete the required Leadership Perch education and experiences to earn the LPPL professional designation and continue advancing through the full Leadership Perch credential pathway.

LPPA
Leadership Perch Certified Practice Administrator
Requirements
- 35 CE hours
- At least 1 approved Leadership Perch in-person event within 12 months of applying
- Typical pathway: about 2 years
LPPL
Leadership Perch Practice Leader
Requirements
- 55 CE hours
- At least 1 Leadership Perch in-person event every 2 years
- Typical pathway: about 2–3 years
LPPM
Leadership Perch Certified Practice Manager
Requirements
- Must already hold the LPPL credential
- Minimum 18 months documented employment as an Office Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Recognizes advanced practice-management responsibility
LPMAL
Leadership Perch Mastership in Administrative Leadership
Requirements
- 100 CE hours
- Multiple documented capstone projects
- Contribution back to the Leadership Perch community
- Typical pathway: about 4 years
Accelerated Options
Fast-track your pathway.
Participants who complete additional qualifying Leadership Perch experiences may be able to reach their next credential sooner.
LPPA Fast Track
Complete in 1 year by attending both the Spring Summit and Perch @ Symposium, plus completing the full virtual curriculum.
LPPL Fast Track
Complete in 2 years by attending 3 qualifying in-person events combined with all required virtual sessions.
LPPM Fast Track
Experienced Office Managers who already meet the employment requirement may advance to LPPM immediately after earning LPPL.
LPMAL Fast Track
Potential 3-year pathway with annual virtual participation, 2–3 in-person events per year, and accelerated capstone submissions.

6 CE Hours Annually
Complete ongoing qualifying Leadership Perch continuing education each year.
1 In-Person Event Every 2 Years
Attend a qualifying Leadership Perch in-person experience to maintain active status.
