Developing the Leaders
Who Help Practices Thrive
Leadership Perch was created to address an important gap in dental education: dedicated leadership development for the office managers and practice leaders helping lead practices every day.
Office managers and practice leaders are asked to guide teams, communicate with doctors, solve problems, build accountability, navigate change, understand the business, and help move the practice forward.
Yet there are very few leadership development programs created specifically for them.
Leadership Perch was built to change that.
The goal is not simply to create better administrators or managers.
The goal is to develop stronger, more capable leaders — true management partners within their practices.
Participants will learn to lead themselves, lead others, understand the business of dentistry, and contribute as strategic partners within their organizations.

Two Strengths. One Leadership Experience.
Excellence in Dental Education
For decades, Seattle Study Club has built a reputation for excellence in dental education and is known for delivering exceptional clinical learning experiences for dentists. That commitment extends beyond clinical education through business-focused programming and the Aviary, which brings dedicated educational opportunities to hygiene professionals.
Developing Leaders, Teams & Practices
GGPC Institute brings focused expertise in leadership, communication, culture, team development, accountability, and the business of leading a dental practice. Its faculty brings together experienced coaches, educators, consultants, and dental-industry leaders with decades of collective experience developing people, teams, leaders, and stronger practices.
Developing People Has Always Been the Work
For Geri Gottlieb, founder of GG Practice Coaching & Development and GGPC Institute, developing people has never simply been a profession. It has been a calling.
Since she was 18 years old, Geri has been drawn to helping people grow — becoming stronger leaders, better communicators, better teammates, and more emotionally intelligent humans.
More than three decades ago, that calling found its way into dentistry.
Today, that same belief is at the heart of GGPC Institute and Leadership Perch: when people grow, practices grow with them.
When leaders and teams get better, everybody wins.
“When I first felt called to do this work, I had no idea it would take me into dentistry — and here I am, 34 years later.”

Human Side + Smart Side
We believe successful practices need both the human side and the smart side of business.
The human side is leadership, communication, culture, relationships, emotional intelligence, and team development.
The smart side is strategy, systems, accountability, financial understanding, and the business practices that create more predictable outcomes.
You need both.
That is why we begin with the growth and development of people. Then we connect that leadership to the systems, strategy, and business decisions that move a practice forward.
We want to develop the people inside the practice to become the rock stars.
One Leader. One Team. One Practice at a Time.
We believe meaningful change happens one leader, one team, and one practice at a time.
Our goal is not to serve the entire world of dentistry. It is to come alongside the people we work with, help make the complex feel more manageable, find better ways forward, and develop leaders who are capable of continuing that growth long after the program ends.
Build a team so strong, you don’t know who the boss is.
We want doctors and teams to love what they do, who they do it for, and who they do it with.
We want leadership to be felt throughout the organization — not simply identified by a title.
And yes, we want to help make work and practice ownership suck a whole lot less.
How We Show Up
Growth & Development
We believe people are capable of more. We create opportunities to learn, stretch, practice, reflect, and continue becoming better versions of ourselves.
Seek Expertise
We do not believe we have to know everything. Great leaders stay curious, seek out people who know more, and remain willing to learn.
Serve First
Leadership begins with service. We ask how we can contribute, support, and create value for the people and practices we have the privilege to work with.
Don’t Spread Too Thin
Depth matters. We believe in being intentional about where we invest our energy so we can do meaningful work and do it exceptionally well.
Have Fun
Growth can be challenging without being miserable. We believe there should be laughter, connection, humanity, and joy along the way.
Leadership Perch Is Not About Earning a Title.
It is about becoming the kind of leader others trust, respect, and want to follow.
And when leaders and teams get better, everybody wins.
